Notes:

According to the information found in one of Chopin's letters from 1844, the copyrights to the composition were transfered to H. Lemoine Publishing House. In the next editions of the composition the Publisher changed the address on the title page and the plate number into: HL. 2777. According to J. M. Nectoux the transfer took place in December 1842 and  included also Etudes op. 10 and 25.
