Notes:

According to the information in the composer's letter from 1844, the copyrights to the composition were transferred to the H. Lemoine Publishing House. In the next editions the new publisher changed both the address on the title page and the plate number in the score into HL 2776. In J. M. Nectoux's opinion that transaction, which covered also op. 10 and 18, took place in December 1842.
