Notes:

There is an edition published in the series Wessel & Cos Complete Collection of the Compositions of Frederic Chopin for the Piano Forte no.34 from after 1848 in which there is a modified headline title on the first page of the score and the original title Le Sixieme Recueil was replaced with SIXTH SET OF MAZURKAS. The Mazurka in D major no. 3 was additionally described as MADAME OURY's Favorite Mazurka.
