Fryderyk Chopin’s Birthplace in Żelazowa Wola, a branch of the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw, hosts piano recitals commissioned by private individuals, travel agencies and other institutions.
A recital, together with a visit to Chopin’s Birthplace and Park in Żelazowa Wola, can be attended by people invited to the concert by the person or institution commissioning it. For a private recital to be held, a contract must be concluded with the Fryderyk Chopin Institute.

Dates when recitals may be held:
- March – April: every day of the week except Mondays and holidays, at 12 noon
- May - September: on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays at 10.00 a.m. or 5 p.m or on Fridays at 10.00 a.m.
- October - December, February: every day of the week except Mondays and holidays, at 12 noon
A visit to the house shall last for approximately 1 hour, including a 30-minute recital by the pianist.
At any one time, a maximum of 35 people are allowed to listen to a recital in the house.
For the groups of listeners above 35 people (up to 75 people) we can organize a piano recital in a Cinema Hall, which is a part of the Fryderyk Chopin's Birthplace in Żelazowa Wola.
The Fryderyk Chopin Institute reserves the right to turn down commissions for larger groups.
Cost of a recital: 3300 (up to 35 people)-3400 PLN (incl. tax)
The cost of a recital includes a payment to the Institute for entering and visiting the facility. The Institute shall ensure access for the group of listeners without any additional remuneration and without the need to issue tickets.
All arrangements concerning the date and hour of a recital will be separately confirmed by the Fryderyk Chopin Institute.
The Institute will announce any changes to the hour, day or location of a concert with due notice.
