This is a new project being launched by the Fryderyk Chopin Institute to meet one of its key mission aims. The main idea of the project is to promote talented young Polish pianists by increasing their participation in the Institute’s artistic events.
Every Thursday (except feast days), from October to July at 6 PM, hour-long recitals are given in the Chopin Museum’s concert hall by pianists who are recommended by eminent professors and teachers of Polish music universities and colleges. The young artists perform repertoire consisting mainly of works by Fryderyk Chopin. Every recital is recorded in audio with multimedia broadcasts and record releases in mind.
