Notes:

There is also a version for violin and piano, which was announced in 3rd volume of Gazette Musicale from 19th of January 1834, as well as a version for piano for four hands published in 1839. From the publisher's advertisement from 8th volume of Revue et Gazette Musicale from 24th of February 1839 it appears that the four-hands version was made by Chopin himself.
