Kałduński Adam

Adam Kałduński was born in Gdańsk, Poland, in 1996. He began studying piano at the age of seven with Mr. Mariusz Trzebniak at the Feliks Nowowiejski School of Music in Gdańsk. Since 2015, he has continued his education in the class of Prof. Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń and Prof. Jerzy Sulikowski at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

His artistic achievements include several prizes at international piano competitions: in Warsaw, Szafarnia, Konin, Augustów, also in Germany and Belarus. Lately, he received the 2nd Prize at the National Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw.

He has been frequently invited by the National Chopin Institute to give Chopin recitals. He has attended piano masterclasses with such professors as Nikolai Demidenko, Kevin Kenner, Tamàs Ungar, Dina Yoffe and others.

Adam has been awarded a scholarship for best students three times by the Rector of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music. He has also received grants from the Prime Minister of Poland, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Head of the Pomeranian Province Council, the Mayor of the City of Bydgoszcz and the Mayor of the city of Gdańsk, the Polish Children's Fund.
