On 6th May a limited tender for the construction work for the REVITALISATION OF THE TERRAIN OF THE MUSEUM OF THE HOUSE OF BIRTH OF FRYDERYK CHOPIN AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF TOURIST, ADMINISTRATION AND UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE IN ŻELAZOWA WOLA for capacity objects was opened.

ARCHITECTONIC FORM
The new capacity objects should fit into the cultural and natural context of the park. Modernist form, contemporary materials, i.e. concrete, plywood and stone are used to create buildings glazed on the side of the park.

The architecture of the designed buildings alludes to the architecture of then historic buildings. The new buildings will use elements already used in Ýelazowa Wola: walls from granite stones, poles and ceilings from plywood, transparent glass in wooden frames. The colours will be natural: stone, alder wood, glass minimally tinted en masse.

FUNCTIONS OF OBJECTS
BUILDING A
- a newly designed service building. This is the entry and the reception with a small square in front of the building, in the area of the present ticket office. It will have the capacity to serve many people at the same time. This building is a one-floor garden pavilion. Its entry is separated from the square with stone poles, made of the same material as the fence. One wall of the building is formed from the existing Park fence, the other wall is open to the Park. Cafe and temporary exhibition spaces are in a separate orangery.

BUILDING B (the current administration building) - the existing ground floor rooms will be rearranged and adapted for the security and the administration, in the attic - the existing guestrooms will be rearranged.

BUILDING C - a newly designed public utility building. In the front part there is the entry from the present parking, leading to the newly designed passage for pedestrians and then to the transparent reception hall, behind which the concert hall is situated. On the opposite side of the reception hall there is a restaurant for 40 people. Glass walls of the building allow people to see the park from the street and from the parking lot. The northern wall is full, made of stone, the same as the fence. The southern wall is light - transparent - it opens into the park. The wall of the concert hall is in two colours, it is made from round granite stones.

BUILDING D - the existing utility building redesigned as a kitchen with its facilities. The roof is partly glazed, so that the existing balcony can be used a small dining room. To the redesigned utility building a new space is added: a restaurant, a hall and a multifunctional concert hall. An important element of this concept is to add in front of the redeveloped building a wooden trellis to create a summer garden shaded with a sail cotton awning, which will connect the old building with the new.

BUILDINGS E and F- new utility buildings for the park, situated on the plot no 33. A greenhouse (situated on the side of the park), garage-storehouse and a technical-administrative building. The existing utility building tore down.
One floor buildings without cellars. Layered walls with granite stone in the elevation. Buildings connected with wooden trellises. This plot is connected with the Park in the East, the passage is used e.g. during concerts for stage support.

BUILDING G - new roofing over the stage with the backstage space. The roofing over the stage "on the water" is only for the summer season. It is made of cotton spread over a plywood structure. Behind the acoustic wall backstage facilities are located. They are not visible from the amphitheatre.

BUILDING H - the building housing the hydrophore is modernised. A new building - corresponding in its form to the other buildings and made of similar materials - replaces the old building.

BUILDING I - a new general access sanitary building, corresponding in its form to the other buildings and made of similar materials.
